Two works which I made it to a hemp rope as part materials of the works and was crowded, and finished the rope which fifty students of fifth graders made with old T-shirt clothes by the school class of the Hieidaira, Otsu city. Twin one of those rope works is possessed by the Brazilian National Gallery. There is another sculpture in Japan. (artist possession).
In Brasilia national theater display hall, I spread red soil of Brasilia on the floor of the hall, and installed the rope work. It runs through the earth and is the image that a rope sprouts in Brazil of the Southern Hemisphere and Japan of the Northern Hemisphere. It is a bud of the life of the earth.
Neither you nor I create a big NAWA alone; we can only create it through intercommunication, inter-exchange and interface with one another. Communication starts from you and I as the first step towards a peaceful world. Nawa was the first creation made by the human hand that articulated the energy of the Spiral structure. Nawa is an oldest material and a tool to establish the first human civilization.
