Art Inc. ( IPA Inc. ) is the first Japanese company with the
capability to develop and produce all aspects large public art
projects. IPA Inc. was founded in 1990 by Dr. Mariyo Yagi, the
internationally renown artist who was the first Japanese sculptor
to obtain a constructor's engineering license. IPA Inc. follows
a project from creative concept through engineering and material
design to physical realization. |

water parks, playgrounds, landscape parks, architectural spaces,
public plazas, and urban planning as well as art products including
lighting fixtures, furniture, and small and large sculptural
